Sixth student voice collection for 1-8/7/2016

A course evaluation form will be created that will address the following for Yr12 and Yr13 Physics classes:

https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/ZVNKC2J

  • I am collecting the student voice for teaching planning the next time I teach the unit. Also getting suggestions on how to improve my teaching style from teachers. Comments on what worked and failed.
  • Feedback was colected by a surveymonkey form that will be kept for personal use and reflection.
  • The feedback was taken at the end of Term 2 and I will be using it as an ongoing process
  • Questions can be seen below to see what I wanted from the students.
  • The information collected will be used to address the needs of each class next term if applicable as well as inform/change my teaching practise for next time I teach Yr 12/13 Electricity.

Feedback was very useful, going over concepts however many times its needed to make sure everyone's got it. Maybe next year having the formatives earlier so students can get used to revising earlier.
